Organization

Function
As a work planner, you will be working at a plant in the Rotterdam area. At the location you are responsible for maintenance and malfunctions of the fittings. Many work systems are already configured, so the first month you will be trained by the current work planner. He will make room within the organization through a next step in his career within the company. Your tasks will be to prepare the work packages. This concerns maintenance and breakdowns. You ensure that it is clear to the technicians what the work will be. You are also the point of contact for third parties. As a work planner, you determine when you need a third party. The communication and receiving goes through you. In addition, you are also responsible for calculating the jobs that need to take place. This will all take place during day shifts.
Job Requirements
Of course it is necessary to have feeling and experience with fittings. As a work planner, you need to know what you are dealing with. In addition, there are some other points that can weigh in your favor:
- A completed MBO education or MBO work and thinking level towards mechanical engineering or similar;
- Several years of relevant work experience with fittings;
- Good communication skills and you are proficient in Dutch and English;
- Knowledge of calculations, materials and documents within fittings;
- Able to maintain multiple contacts and maintain overview.
