Function
As a Foreman of our construction department, you are the pivot in the construction process of our high-quality machines. You ensure optimal deployment of employees, coordinate the work and monitor planning, quality and safety within your department. You communicate daily with various departments about progress, quality requirements, delivery times and budgets. Your technical knowledge and experience in assembling and welding constructions are crucial to continuously improve our production and products.
Job Requirements
You are an energetic and driven professional who always acts proactively. With practical and organizational insight, you know better than anyone how to plan and execute tasks efficiently. Communicatively you are skilled and know how to work well with different people and teams.
You have an MBO+ working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of Mechanical Engineering (Wtb). Your theoretical knowledge is reinforced by years of practical experience, especially in the field of assembling and welding various types of steel such as S355, Dillimax, Steel 690 and CRMO4.
You have several years of experience in a management position, where you have proven that you can not only lead a team, but also ensure the quality of products in the workshop and with subcontractors. Your eye for detail ensures that only the highest quality products leave the workshop.
Flexibility and creativity are your strengths. You are systematic in your approach and know how to quickly find solutions to unexpected challenges. You are familiar with MS Office and have experience with ERP programs. Knowledge of the ERP program ISAH is an added advantage.
You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing. Although not strictly necessary, a good command of the English language in word would be a plus, making you even more widely employable within our team.

Market-based remuneration according to CLA Metalelektro (Plusminus 4200 gross per month).
Approximately 8 weeks of vacation per year and the opportunity to accrue additional time off.
