Organization
You will end up within a company that will eventually feel like your second family. That's what the company strives for, too. It's also for good reason. "You end up seeing your colleagues more often than your own family with a full-time work week." Is a quote that comes up often. Hence, a good click must also be present in the first instance before talking about work.
The company has three pillars that are central; industrial and technical services, inspection work and the training program. The training program will initially focus on getting you as ready as possible for the real work and this will be at your own pace. Then there will be a gradual move into industrial and technical services and all under the wing of your experienced colleagues who will be happy to teach you the ropes.
Function
As an up-and-coming talent, you will go through a training program but what does that entail? We can't tell you exactly what it will look like because you will enter a dynamic world and each time you will have new experiences. Together with your colleagues you will tackle assignments in the Netherlands and occasionally abroad. It is possible that you will stay in a hotel with your colleagues from Monday to Friday. Board and lodging is fully provided. These are projects in the industrial environment on the premises of the clients of your new employer. In the field you will, for example, perform maintenance on various machines, installations and other technical related objects. Before you will do this, you will be prepared "at home" at the company through practical exercises and will obtain certificates that are necessary. In addition, you will go along with colleagues to gain your practical experience.
Job Requirements
If you are interested in this work and fine employer you don't have to be able to do much. That sounds boring but it is not! What I am trying to say is that you mainly need to be motivated and the experience and skill will be taught to you. Just a few more points in a row:
- Touch or interest in technical operations. This could be from your hobby where you tinker with your scooter or car, for example;
- A dose of common farm sense;
- Curious attitude combined with a load of motivation;
- A driver's license;
- A VCA diploma is always welcome.
