Introduction

Are you looking for a challenging role in which you are the first point of contact for customers with ICT questions and incidents? We are immediately looking for an enthusiastic service desk employee to join our team.

Function

In this position, you are the person who supports our customers with all kinds of ICT-related questions and problems. You take calls, register them in our ticket system and analyze the incidents to come to a solution. You will manage the service desk mailbox and answer phone calls, using remote tools to help customers remotely. You will also regularly visit customers for on-site support and to assist your colleagues with projects and migrations. It is also possible that you will work on a project basis at one of our customers, always by mutual agreement.

Job Requirements

  • A completed MBO ICT education (level 3 or higher)
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience (advantage, but not a requirement)
  • A proactive attitude and good communication skills
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize well
  • Driving license B
