About the position:
As an Appendage Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, installing, maintaining and repairing technical components such as valves, valves and safety valves. You will work at various locations and ensure that all systems at our clients function optimally. The work is diverse and varied, and you will be in frequent contact with colleagues and clients to solve problems and keep systems in top condition.

What will you do?

  • Inspect, maintain and repair fittings such as valves and shut-off valves.
  • Assemble and overhaul fittings and ensure proper commissioning.
  • Analyze malfunctions and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Report work performed and advise on possible improvements.
  • Collaborate with fellow engineers to solve complex technical problems.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with safety regulations.

Job Requirements

Who are we looking for?

  • You have experience assembling and maintaining fittings (experience with control valves and safety valves is a plus).
  • A technical education such as MBO Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is nice to have, but not a hard requirement. What really counts is your commitment and technical insight.
  • You work accurately and think in solutions.
  • You can function well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Do you have relevant certificates such as VCA? That is a plus, but we would be happy to help you obtain these papers.
