The organization is an IT service provider with over 30 years of experience, and are based in Bergen op Zoom. The customer base consists of both SME companies, government customers and customers active in primary care. With a team of 4 IT professionals, they manage various IT environments, from private clouds to SME customers with their own IT infrastructures.
Function
What does the job of all-round IT administrator entail?
In this role, you will be responsible from A to Z for various unique IT environments. You will design, build and manage complete IT infrastructures. You do this based on your own knowledge and experience and with a skilled IT team behind you. You will set up projects from scratch: from customer visits to the implementation of networks, switches, firewalling/security, and cloud (MS365). In addition, you are actively involved in the 1st to 3rd line help desk, solving technical issues and supporting customers.

Who are you?
- Passion for IT and related technology;
- Interested in complete management of IT infrastructures and solving complex help desk issues;
- Communication skills for customer visits/consulting, commercial acumen is a plus;
- Ambition to advance to senior IT administrator with opportunity to manage.
