Introduction

Are you ready to make your mark on one of the largest infrastructure projects in Europe? As Site Engineer Support Production / Work Planner, you will be a crucial link in the construction of the Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link, an impressive undersea tunnel connecting Germany and Denmark. You will support the production teams in the construction and immersion of tunnel elements and ensure that all activities are correctly documented and validated.

Organization

You will join a multidisciplinary team responsible for the Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link, one of the largest infrastructure projects in Europe. The Support Production department is the link between design and execution and ensures that all production activities run smoothly. This team plays a crucial role in ensuring the technical and operational quality of the project.

Within this department, you will work closely with various specialists, including mechanics, electricians and other work planners. Your role is essential to the successful realization of the tunnel by coordinating work, managing temporary installations and ensuring compliance with all quality and safety standards. The department offers a dynamic work environment where collaboration and innovation are key.

Function

Preparing working methods and inspection and test plans

Document and validate work performed in systems such as Dalux

Coordination of subcontractors and various production departments, with emphasis on collaboration with Marine Team Supervisors

Responsible for interface between temporary installations and permanent modifications to tunnel elements

Monitor compliance with contractual requirements, ensuring that all quality and safety requirements are met

Support work preparation and preparation of schedule for various parts of the project

Job Requirements

Experience with BIM systems (such as Vitus) and Dalux

Strong organizational skills and experience in work preparation

Able to communicate with various stakeholders and teams both internally and externally

Strong focus on documentation, quality and process control

Good command of the English language

Willingness to work shifts and irregular hours

Background in mechanical engineering or similar field is a big plus
