Function
As Project Manager, you are the linchpin of the project. You prepare budgets and project plans in close collaboration with your colleagues, with safety always a priority. You hold toolbox meetings and inspections to ensure that everything runs smoothly and safely. Furthermore, you are responsible for determining assembly techniques, material selection, time planning and work budgets. You coordinate the deployment of personnel and subcontractors, perform quality checks and make risk assessments. You develop and maintain client relationships, manage HR issues for your project team and ensure accurate project administration, reports and forecasts. You also monitor cash flow and perform post-calculations to optimize project results.
Job Requirements
- HBO working and thinking level with a completed degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Training and experience in project management.
- Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in an industrial environment.
- Various professional courses (VCA VOL, NEN 3140, NEN 1010).
- People manager who knows how to motivate and enthuse teams.
- Driven, accurate, flexible, stress-resistant, independent and results-oriented.
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both oral and written.
